Wednesday 3 September - Knit Night 7 p.m. Open to all knitters, crocheters and textile artists. Bring a project and a willingness to show and tell, we are a friendly group meeting since 2019. €5 donation includes tea.


Tuesday 9 September - MaeDea Ov Moon - EVOKE - 8 p.m. Join us for an evening of poetic utterances and song spells, evoking otherworldly atmospheres of the autumnal thresholds. Venusian translations shaped by the sensuous earth. MaeDea is a transdisciplinary artist based out of Cork. They compose and lead multiple projects, including Painted Honey, a four person group composed of cello, violin, vocals, flute and guitar weaving healing and transformation and Serpentine choir, a community arts practice that focuses on the embodied voice. Within music, art, and movement, MaeDea’s trauma-informed work spins queer visions and erotic embodiment into forms of personal, collective, and ecological healing. Saturday 13 September - Jon Collin and Aonghus MacEvoy 3 p.m. €15 on Eventbrite

Jon Collin makes DIY music, sound and art using stringed instruments, long tones, found objects, field recordings, anxiety and friction. His recorded practice is based around interactions with the world through recordings made in non-studio locations. He has released records on e.g. Discreet Music (Sweden), Feeding Tube Records (USA) and DDS (UK). His collaborative work includes three LPs with Demdike Stare, releases of live collaborations with Bill Nace, Sarah Hughes, and Kelly Jayne Jones, and a recent trio record with Troth on A Colourful Storm (Australia). He runs the record label Early Music and ran the tape label project Winebox Press.

Aonghus McEvoy is a composer, improviser and guitar player based in Dublin, Ireland. Aonghus' work moves between collaborations with improvisers, indeterminate scores for small ensembles and skewed takes on folk idioms. His use of the guitar ranges from employing traditional techniques to experimental methods.
