Friday 8, Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 May - SeeThrough (Cork Fringe) - Kyle English and Damian Punch. Composed by Wike Schippers. Midnight show. Gloriousparty struts through a life of lavish prismatic loudness, while BeautifulVagrant walks calm through soft-dew stillness. Destined to collide as audience is guided to imagine a story together in total darkness. 2nd-person perspective (the protagonist is “you”), provides audiences a mile in the shoes of two very different lives, as similarities begin to emerge. Through storytelling, soundscaping, and the intimacy of shared darkness, familiar worlds become something entirely different. As the world around us becomes scary and unfamiliar, “SeeThrough” seeks a comforting tonic to the unknown. Delightful, Heartwarming and Contemplative. A true “you had to be there” show. Tickets €12.50 through Cork Fringe.
